That's why our products are easier to sell, and buyers are eager to reorder — and the money keeps coming in to benefit our clients' organizations and causes. But if you are unhappy with your order for any reason simply send it back to us and we will refund your purchase.

We ask that you send the product back using U.S. Mail First Class shipping, or UPS Ground service, and include a copy of the original order slip. If you are unable to enclose the order slip then please reference your name and order number with the returned product. Once we receive the product, we will credit your account the purchase amount, return shipping costs and send you a confirmation of your credit to the email address listed on your account.
